Overview
This article helps first-time users get set up and ready to use the CAMS Mobile App for field inspections. It covers how to install the app, complete first-time login, and ensure your data is ready for offline use.

Step 1: Install the CAMS Mobile App
Download the CAMS Mobile App from your device’s app store:

Get it on Google Play (Android)
Tip: Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi for the initial setup and data sync.
Step 2: Log In
First-Time Account Setup
If you're a new user, you'll receive a welcome email from CAMS.
SSO users: If your organisation uses Single Sign-On, please skip this section and refer to the For SSO Users section below.
The welcome email will include:

Your email address
-
A temporary password
-
A link to log in to CAMS via the web
You must complete your first login and password change on the CAMS web portal using the link provided in the welcome email. Once complete, return to the mobile app and follow the steps for returning users.
Tip: If you haven’t received the welcome email, check your spam or junk folder, or contact your admin.
For Returning Users

Open the CAMS Mobile App.

Enter your email address.

Tap Next.

Enter your password.
-
Tap Log In.
For SSO Users

Open the CAMS Mobile App.

Enter your organisational email address.
-
CAMS will redirect you to your organisation’s login portal.

Sign in with your usual credentials.
Note: If you’re unsure which login method you should use, contact your system administrator.
Step 3: Sync Data
After logging in, the app will begin syncing your assigned data:

Hierarchies
-
Assets
-
Inspection forms and configuration
This process may take a few minutes. Once complete, you’ll be able to use the app-even without internet access.
Tip: Keep the app open and avoid switching apps during the first sync to prevent delays.
