Q: How do I add a Buiding Functional Area (Room)?

Q: Can I edit Building Functional Area (Room) level or Building level information from mobile?

A: The current system does not support the editing of these levels from mobile. This has to be done online.

Q: How do I raise a ticket help ticket for the CAMS team/technical support?

A:You may contact our technical support using one of two ways:

1. The Help button appears in the bottom right hand side corner of any page within CAMS. It is used to contact our friendly and responsive staff to discuss any issues or questions you may have when using CAMS.
   
2. Directly using the email address – [e-mail]

Q: How do delete a record that has been added by mistake?

Please only upload the data that you wish to delete. 

Q: If the data is being collected from different devices, how will they appear?

A: All collected data will be collated and displayed on the Ongoing inspection and Confirm inspection tabs under Mobile heading of the Navigation menu.

Q: If the data is being collected by multiple people, how will they appear?

A: All collected data will be populated under the same menu as explained in the above answer.

Q: Will different groups' data will all be in the same database?

A: Each group has an independent dataset/database
